A Long Tall Weekend

Sorry, I haven't updated in a while. The truth is sometimes I don't like to think that my baby is sick but she is. Right when you start to forget, something makes it all come back to you. It can be something big or something small. It can be as simple as a song lyric or an old picture.

A long tall weekend. On Friday, the three of us back up to go to Glasgow/Bowling Green for the weekend. You know, a little time with the folks and the folks a little time with the great important one, Bella. Friday night into Saturday morning, Bella starts vomiting and her soft spot isn't so soft anymore. So at 6am, we pack up and come back to Louisville to go to Kosair's. After two CT scans, X-rays, and eight hours in the emergency room, we finally get into a room. Not a real room. A room in the ICU. No bed(one recliner) and no bathroom, so you have to go out near the waiting room to tinkle. So Bella was in the hospital from Saturday morning to Tuesday afternoon. I don't know what it was but this time really hit hard. Maybe because she is on a two week break from chemo or that Jen was so excited about taking her to Atlanta to see her dad. I don't know what it was. Maybe, it was just lack of sleep. I don't know but it really hurt this time. Each time gets that much harder. So that is a long tall weekend.

Love ya,
Jen, Jw, and Bella

We were really looking forward to seeing everyone at Trinity. Sorry.
